Webhooks

Register an HTTPS endpoint to receive resource.changed notifications. Each notification identifies a resource to retrieve and does not contain its current state. Notifications may be delayed, duplicated or arrive out of order, so always retrieve the supplied resourceUrl before acting. PayrollKit does not send a notification when an update leaves the resource and its revision unchanged.
