Add UK payroll to your product

Offer UK payroll inside your workforce or HR product. Customers can manage people and pay without leaving your platform, while you keep the experience under your brand and create a new revenue stream.

PayrollKit supplies the calculation engine, automatic FPS submission and embedded workflow, so you can offer payroll without building and maintaining the infrastructure behind it.

The embedded workflow is the recommended route. If you need complete control of the employer experience, you can build your own payroll screens using the same API.

How PayrollKit works

Three steps: connect employer and employee data; the employer completes payroll setup; then send, review and approve pay information for each pay period.

What PayrollKit handles

Your product supplies the employer, employee and approved pay information it already holds. PayrollKit handles the payroll-specific setup, complex calculations and workflows needed to produce a Pay Run for review. After the employer approves it, PayrollKit records the result, automatically creates and submits an FPS when the Pay Run has reportable results, handles Payslip delivery, and lets the employer create or download pension, accounting and bank payment files in the component.

PayrollKit calculates payroll for review, automatically submits the required FPS after approval, delivers Payslips and provides files in the component.
